(2023) Shadowless Tree

This documentary movie narrates the story of four  Afghan teenagers whose parents migrated from Afghanistan to Iran and all their children were born in Iran. When these they were child, their mother divorced their father and fled to Germany, and they had to live with their father in Iran.
teenagers of this movie (Niloufar, Arzoo, Sahar and Eisa) have a lot of tension with their father (Aflatoon), who has remarried, and  every day life in these conditions becomes more difficult and unbearable for them. As far as ,Niloufar, the eldest daughter of the family, despite not having any identity documents, decides to run away from home with her siblings and take on the heavy responsibility of taking care of them alone, so that maybe she can find a way to go to Germany and live with their mother.
Aflatoon,after finding about this story, tries to prevent his children from migrating to Germany by any means and tries to reach his goal by writing letters and complaining to Iranian governmenta and United Nations.Finally , Aflatoon, succeeds in preventing the children from immigrating to Germany and the children are forced to stay in Iran.
The teenagers in this documentary movie are currently living alone and far from their father for five years and hope for the future...
